I tried this Equipment in Grande Cache Alberta (GreenGym) and thought it was incredible. I am in my late 50's and my wife is in her late 40's we have never had so much fun exercising. We live in Edmonton Alberta and wanted to know if you have sold this product to any one in the area as we intend to continue using it.
Thank You,

Dear Kim,
I was in Grande Cache this week and happened upon the park with [Green]Gym [outdoor fitness] equipment. I looked at it and thought the equipment looked interesting. As I started to play on it I started to enjoy the different stations more and more. My wife was with me and she had the same reaction. Believe me I am in my late fifties and my wife is in her late forties we struggle to exercise.
We had so much fun exercising out doors we were like two little kids. It actually drew attention from people walking by, they said they came up to see what was so much fun and they started using the equipment.
I have never been so excited about exercising before.
I pay 17% of my taxes to parks and recreation and feel having this in my community would be a benefit to all.

I saw these gyms during a recent visit to China, and they were always in use. Don't underestimate the power of play - parents can take their kids to the park, and can engage in play/fitness as well. It might encourage more frequent, longer park visits, and is a great way (along with running, walking in the woods!) to model fitness.

Great idea! I hate sports and can't afford the gym. Play is the best exercise!
These machines seem to suit a wide variety of people and sure beats being in an expensive boring gym.
One could argue that these could be done without the machines, but storing a bike in an apartment is difficult and riding one on the streets is unsafe. Running is high-impact and many cities do not have great routes(Walking along a busy highway is not inticing). Machines are convenient and inviting.
Chin-up bar would be great too but so many people, especially women, cannot do chin-ups without assistance. Maybe add those to the machines? Can't be that expensive to install! Good idea!

I was just looking on your website and I am very interested in more information about your outdoor exercise equipment. We are exploring the idea of having exercise stations installed on outdoor trails with an intended target population of adults and older adults and GreenGym looks like a perfect solution.

We are planning a large Extreme Park Makeover . We would like to discuss the opportunity to have your equipment at our park. I think it is a great opportunity to provide healthy oudoor equipment to all of the community as well as our City folk.

This is an excellent idea. As the playground inspector for the Algoma District School Board, I would certainly like to see some of this equipment installed in our school playgrounds.

My name is Monica Pittman, I'm the town clerk in St. Paul's and I'm also vice-chair of the recreation committee. Our committe is trying to find a healthy way for our residents to get more active and what a better way than some outdoor fitness equipment.

I am very interested in your products as a professional. The leisure and recreation profession is facing a paradigm shift from structure play to spontaneous, self-motivated play due to ever-decreasing resources and financially disadvantaged families. Your products maybe the answer to creating and stimulating that change.
I have also passed your information onto Dr. Charles Gardner from the Barrie Public Health Unit, who has completed a literature review working towards the 'liveable city'.
Thank you...
Cheers,
Warren
Some people would be better off running, but there are lots of people who can't run every day without risk of injury. For those, cardio machines are one of their only other options and GreenGyms units are great for that purpose. To be able to work out in the great outdoors is a bit more tempting than being in a stuffy gym staring at a wall and forthat reason I love this outdoor fitness concept. Pushups and chinups are far more simple and effective than the machines, but I think the idea is to encourage as many people as possible to work out on them. Chinups may be seen as too hard core by people who would gladly try out a rowing machine.Thank you for providing different kinds of opportunities to stay fit.

"I am not writing to you regarding business matters as our organization is not in this type of business. However, as a personal note, I have seen this type of outdoor gym equipment in Macau when I went visiting in January. They were in parks everywhere and I thought it would be such a great idea to bring them into Canada. I have actually tried the equipment myself and they are so much fun. I think they will be great for children and seniors, and even adults.
I wish you great success in your promotion and sales".
Sincerely,

"We received the GreenGym" equipment in the Fall and displayed it for 6 weeks, but did not have a chance to actually install it. Given the reaction to our demo, I think it is going to be a very positive addition to our site and many people will get use of it; everyone is very excited about it and we plan on purchasing more units in the spring. I have no doubts at all that this equipment will be widely used, it's great fun and easy to use. Wonderful exercise.
We will be installing it permanently as soon as the the ground thaws; it is of superior quality and very colourful. Guy Chaham is great to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Testimonials given to other providers in Europe and US for the same outdoor fitness product (Same factory and brand)
Sport Parks' exercise machines use only 20% of the body weight, so anyone can use them. However, it's quite easy to increase the resistance by slowing down execution, controlling the range of motion, and increasing the number of reps."

This outdoor gym is the best thing that happened to our city for quite some time. I've lived here for 30 years, and I have never been to the gym before. Since I started coming to Sycamore Grove Park 2-3 times a week to workout I feel a lot better, I have more energy and my back pain is gone."

The outdoor equipment right next to my house provides a great break from work without the need to get in the car and drive to the gym. The variety of machines gives me a complete and overall workout."

"I love these outdoor fitness machines. It's like a dream come true... you do not need to go to the gym any more. Everything you need is right there. Thanks to the city of Costa Mesa!"

Hi Guy, we continue to enjoy great success with the equipment. The equipment is a big success.

The response to the stations is great. There are a lot of people using them and rave about them. We have had a lot of tourists from long distances comment that this is unique and haven't seen anything like these, (outside). Our recreation director here has organized a drop in training session for the use of them and the turnout was good. Even the vandals like them.

If there were a digital calorie burn meter hanging in the Autumn-tinged trees above the new outdoor fitness gym in McClymont Park, the dials would be spinning. the 16-fitness units in this park have instantly become "perpetual motion machines" with residents of all ages and sizes starting pre-dawn and lasting well after dark, putting the machines through their paces. The installation of the park was completed on schedule by Eby's Construction and in a brief ceremony on October 10, 2009, Mayor Mussallem cut the ribbon and declared the McClymont Outdoor Fitness Park officially open.

Hello,
I love your product. I have used it at the Dartmouth location. Friends and I have made trips to Dartmouth from Halifax, specifically to use the green gym equipment. We would LOVE to see green gym put into some parks in Halifax itself. What needs to happen for our public spaces to get this equipment? Is it as simple as writing to our councilor? Please let me know, I am itching to write some emails to whoever makes the purchasing decisions for HRM parks, encouraging them to go green gym.
Cheers,
